Do the pieces tarnish over time?

With the right care, not within the first year — and every piece carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. What wears plating fastest is contact with perfume, chlorine and sea water.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Every piece is nickel-free. If your skin is very sensitive, the sterling silver 925 line is usually the better fit.

How long does delivery take?

3 to 5 business days on standard shipping, 1 to 2 on express. We ship from the United States.

Is there free shipping?

Yes, on orders over $75.

Can I exchange or return?

Every piece carries a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse and broken pieces are not eligible for exchange.
